Where is adaswim located?

All suits are designed on the island of O'ahu and handmade by our owner in her studio, in Haleiwa.

What is the washing care for my swimsuit?

In order to extend the life of your handmade sustainable swim suit and keep it in the best condition, it is recommended to hand-wash with like colors in cold water and hang or lay flat to dry. 

When will my order ship?

All of your suits are made to order, to reduce waste and over production. All suits are sewn by our owner, therefore please allow 5-10 business days for your suits to be shipped.

Do you sell gift cards?

Absolutely! You can purchase them here.

Do you have a size chart?

What if my package is lost?

Adaswim is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been confirmed as "delivered" by the shipping carrier tracking number. Please contact your local police department and/or postal inspector to file a stolen mail report if your package has been marked delivered but you cannot locate it.  In the event your order is lost in transit and is NOT marked delivered, please contact us asap and we will file a missing mail report. For this case, in the event your order is not recovered within 10 business days a replacement will be shipped.

What is your return/exchange policy?

Although we do not except returns, adaswim will gladly accept exchanges up to 7 calendar days after the date of delivery (as confirmed by the USPS tracking number).

Please note that we do not issue prepaid return shipping labels, and you will be responsible for all return shipping fees. Be sure to use tracking when shipping returned goods as we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of the delivery date, and return shipments must arrive within 14 calendar days to be accepted. 

Returned/exchanged merchandise must be unworn, with all tags attached, including hygiene sticker.

Upon receiving the returned suits, adaswim reserves the right to deny the refund if the merchandise does not meet our return policy requirements.
